Alexandre Callay is a seasoned media executive with over two decades of experience spanning global sales, marketing, and media research. Currently serving as Sales Director USA at RTL AdAlliance, a subsidiary of RTL Group, he plays a pivotal role in connecting U.S. brands with European audiences through premium video content and advanced advertising technologies.


Callay’s journey in the media industry began at the French Embassy in Bulgaria, where he worked on securing maximum distribution and exposure for TV5 and RFI. Soon after, he became a partner providing research to RTL Group, drawn by the company’s leadership in market share and its strong focus on delivering added value to clients.


Over the course of his career, Callay has held a range of high-impact positions, including Vice President of Media at MediaLogiq Systems, Global Head of Media at Repucom (acquired by Nielsen Sports), and Director at Médiamétrie’s Eurodata TV Worldwide (renamed Glance). His expertise spans the development of new products and services, revenue growth, strategic client engagement, and overall business optimization.


At RTL AdAlliance, Callay has been instrumental in expanding the company’s presence across North America. Through strategic partnerships and industry engagement, he has helped elevate the profile of RTL’s premium European inventory among U.S. brand marketers and agencies.


In addition to his role at RTL AdAlliance, Callay serves on the Advisory Council of the Institute for Advertising Ethics (IAE), underscoring his commitment to responsible and ethical practices in the advertising industry.
