With over 18 years of experience in the Human Resources field, Laura prides herself on bringing empathy and kindness to her profession and to the advertising industry. She has worked at several different agencies (network, in-house, and independent) and she values the experience and expertise that those very different and distinct cultures have afforded her. Ethics is the key imperative for the advertising industry as it looks to the future and the ability to connect authentically and honestly with consumers is of vital importance. She is proud to work with the IAE and support its objectives.
