Although his French accent might not give it away, Thomas has been based in Los Angeles since 2014.
With extensive experience in omnichannel marketing, he has worked across the tech industry, media agencies, and client-side roles. At Activision, the world's largest video game publisher, he managed programmatic strategy and performance marketing activation. In his role as director of innovation, he built new partnerships to support diverse teams and business units.
Passionate about sustainability and ethical advertising, Thomas has a proven track record of balancing business goals with environmental impact. He developed the sustainability framework for Activision Blizzard King and led the first programmatic campaigns aimed at reducing digital media's carbon footprint, demonstrating that it's possible to decrease emissions while still driving positive revenue.
As the co-founder of SPARC Worldwide and co-chair Marketing at the IAE, Thomas is dedicated to incorporating trust, ethics, and safety into every facet of performance marketing. His commitment ensures that clients achieve impactful and responsible results.
In his spare time, Thomas can be found running in the neighboring mountains, teaching karate, or coaching his son's soccer team.
